Setting up email on your own domain, moving between Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, or finding out why your messages land in spam.

  • •Customers say your emails ended up in their junk folder.
  • •You are paying for more Microsoft or Google licenses than you use.
  • •A former employee still has access to company email.
  • •You want to switch platforms but are afraid of losing years of mail.

What this includes

  • ✓Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace setup on your domain
  • ✓Migration between platforms, mail, calendars, and contacts included
  • ✓SPF, DKIM, and DMARC so your mail passes spam checks
  • ✓Shared inboxes such as info@ and orders@
  • ✓License cleanup so you only pay for what you use
  • ✓Multi-factor sign-in and account recovery set up properly
How I Handle It

Email problems are almost always configuration problems. The mail server needs to prove to the rest of the internet that your messages are really from you, and many small business domains were set up years ago without those records, or with records that broke when something else changed.

I check how your domain and mailboxes are configured today, fix what is wrong, and document it. If you are moving platforms, the move is planned so mail keeps flowing during the switch and nothing gets left behind.

I run both platforms for my own business and for clients, so the advice on which one fits you is based on how you work, not on which one I happen to sell.

Pricing

Quoted per project after a short look at your current setup. The license cost goes directly to Microsoft or Google, with no markup from me.

Common Questions

Before you reach out.

Should my business use Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?+

If your team lives in Word, Excel, and Outlook, or shares files with clients who do, Microsoft 365 usually fits better. If you work mostly in a browser and want simpler administration, Google Workspace often wins. Both are good. The right answer depends on the software you already use and how your team works together.

Will I lose old email if we switch?+

No. A planned migration brings mail, calendars, and contacts across, and both systems run side by side during the cutover so nothing falls through the gap.

Why do my emails go to spam?+

The most common causes are missing or broken SPF, DKIM, or DMARC records on your domain, or sending from a service that is not authorized to send for it. Content can also trigger filters. A quick check of your domain usually shows which it is.
