Sites I build include the first year of hosting. After that, care and hosting continues for a flat yearly fee, so the site stays online, secure, and current without you having to think about it.
If your site was built by someone else, I can take it over too. The first step is making sure you actually own and control your domain and hosting accounts, which is not always the case.
When you need a change, you send it to me and it gets done. No ticket portal, no hourly minimum for a two-minute edit.
Pricing
Brochure sites start at $750, with the first year of hosting included. After that, care and hosting is a flat yearly fee. Sites built elsewhere are quoted after a look at how they are set up.

Do I own my website and domain?+
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and you own the site. If you ever want to move it somewhere else, I hand everything over.
Can you take over a site someone else built?+
Usually, yes. Some platforms make that easier than others. I will tell you honestly whether it makes more sense to maintain what you have or to rebuild.
What counts as an update?+
Text, photos, hours, prices, staff, and small layout changes are all part of care. New pages or new features get a quick quote first so there are no surprises.
