I started BurlinPro because I kept seeing the same problem: small businesses making expensive technology decisions without anyone in their corner who understood both the technology and the business well enough to give them real guidance.
I have spent decades working across software, hardware, and business operations. I have sat on both sides of vendor relationships, managed projects from concept to delivery, and helped organizations of all sizes figure out how to make technology actually serve their goals instead of just adding complexity.
What I found is that small businesses, the kind that are run by owners who know their customers by name, who feel every hire and every slow month, rarely get access to that kind of thinking. The big consulting firms are not built for them. The freelance market is hit or miss. So I built something different.
BurlinPro is intentionally small. I work with a focused number of clients at a time because that is the only way to do this work well. When you bring me in, you get my full attention not a slice of it.
I am based in Alpharetta, which means I understand the business environment here and I am available to show up in person when that matters. But the work I do translates anywhere, and I work with clients across Georgia and beyond.
