Office Network & Wi-Fi Setup

Wi-Fi that reaches every room and a network that stays up.

Dead spots, dropped video calls, and a guest password that has been the same for six years. Most of it is fixable without a big project.

Sound familiar?

  • •The Wi-Fi works at the front desk but not in the back office.
  • •Customers and staff share one network and one password.
  • •The internet goes down and nobody knows which box to restart.
  • •The equipment is whatever the internet provider left behind.
  • •You are opening a new location or moving offices.

What this includes

  • ✓Wi-Fi coverage planning and access point setup
  • ✓Separate guest and staff networks
  • ✓Router and firewall configuration
  • ✓Printer and shared device setup
  • ✓Internet provider coordination for moves and new locations
  • ✓A simple network map so the next person knows what is where
How I Handle It

Most small office network problems come down to a few things: one consumer router trying to cover too much space, everything on a single shared network, and equipment nobody has touched since it was installed.

I look at the space, how many people and devices use it, and what has to keep working no matter what, such as the card reader, the phones, or the booking system. Then I recommend the smallest change that solves the problem. Sometimes that is one well-placed access point. Sometimes it is a proper business router and a separate guest network.

Everything gets labeled and written down, so a dropout becomes a five-minute fix instead of an afternoon of unplugging things.

Pricing

Quoted per project. Hardware is bought in your business name at regular retail or business pricing, and you own it outright.

Common Questions

Before you reach out.

Do I need business-grade equipment?+

Not always. A small office with a handful of people can run well on good prosumer gear. Business-grade equipment earns its cost when you have more space to cover, more devices, or customers on a guest network.

Can you help when we move offices?+

Yes. Coordinating the internet provider, planning the network for the new space, and getting everyone working on day one is one of the most common reasons people call.
