IT support for small businesses that do not have an IT department.
When the computers, the email, or the Wi-Fi stop working, you need someone who already knows your setup and answers the phone. That is the job.
Sound familiar?
- •The person who "handles IT" is you, or whoever on staff is best with computers.
- •Nobody is sure whether your files are actually backed up.
- •Passwords live on sticky notes or in one shared spreadsheet.
- •New hires wait days for a working laptop and email account.
- •You call three different vendors and each one blames another.
What this includes
- ✓Computer, laptop, and printer setup and troubleshooting
- ✓Business email and account management
- ✓Backups you can actually restore from
- ✓Basic security: updates, antivirus, multi-factor sign-in
- ✓Onboarding and offboarding staff accounts
- ✓Vendor management for internet, phones, and software
- ✓A plain-English record of what you have and where it lives
Most small businesses do not need a managed IT contract with a ticket queue and a monthly minimum. They need someone who learns how their business runs, fixes what is broken, and puts a few simple safeguards in place so the same problems stop coming back.
I start by taking stock of what you have: devices, accounts, software, who has access to what, and where your important files actually live. You get that written down in plain English, which is often the first time anyone has. From there we fix the urgent problems first, then the ones that would hurt most if they failed.
After that, you call me when something comes up. You talk to the same person every time, and that person already knows your setup.
Pricing
Priced per project or by the hour, never a long-term contract to get started. You get a written estimate before any work begins, with each item marked required or optional so you decide what to fund.
“For about 15 years, BJ has continued to solve all our IT issues, 100%. I recommend him totally.”

Do you come on-site or work remotely?+
Both. Most fixes happen remotely, which is faster and cheaper for you. When something needs hands on the hardware, such as a new network or an office move, I come on-site across North Fulton, Forsyth, and Cherokee counties, and farther into North Georgia by arrangement.
Is this a managed IT service contract?+
No. There is no monthly minimum and no retainer required. Some clients call me a few times a year, others want regular check-ins. We set it up the way that fits your business.
How many computers do you support?+
The sweet spot is businesses with roughly 2 to 50 people. Larger organizations with a dedicated IT team usually need a different kind of help, and I will tell you if that is the case.
How fast do you respond?+
You will hear back within one business day, and usually much sooner. If something is down and costing you money, say so and it gets handled first.
