How I Handle It
Every project starts with a conversation about your business, your customers, and what the site needs to do. A restaurant needs a menu people can read on a phone. A contractor needs every service and area spelled out and a fast way to request a quote. The design follows from that, not from a template.
From there I handle the full build: the structure, the design, the page titles and search setup, and the launch. You review it along the way, and you work with me the whole time, with no account manager or subcontractor in between.
After launch, you can keep basic hosting or move to the care plan, which covers updates and fixes so the site stays current. If you want more than a brochure site, I can also build online stores, booking, and AI chat assistants.
Pricing
A basic three-page brochure site starts at $1,000, and most small to mid-size businesses land between $1,500 and $2,000, with the first year of hosting included. After that, hosting on a basic site is $200 a year, or $480 a year for the care plan. Custom online stores start at $5,000, and sites with AI features or a database can cost more.

How long does a new website take?+
Most sites are live in two weeks from our first conversation. Larger builds with online stores, booking, or custom features take longer, and you will know the timeline before work begins.
Do you work with businesses in Cumming, Milton, and nearby cities?+
Yes. BurlinPro is based in Milton and works with businesses across North Fulton, Forsyth, and Cherokee counties, including Cumming, Alpharetta, Roswell, Johns Creek, and Canton. We can meet in person, and most of the work happens remotely.
Can you redesign the website I already have?+
Yes. Many projects are redesigns, including moves off Squarespace. I will look at what you have and tell you honestly whether to fix it or replace it.
Will my new website show up on Google?+
Every site is built so search engines can read and index it, with Search Console set up at launch. Nobody can honestly promise a specific ranking. Local results also depend on your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and other sites that mention you.
Who owns the website?+
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and if you ever want to move the site, I hand everything over.
